View All Event Locations on a Map
This feature requires macOS 11 (Big Sur) or above
The Event Location Map in BusyCal allows you to visualize all locations from your calendar events on an interactive map. This provides an intuitive way to explore, search, and navigate your scheduled locations, making it easy to view past meeting spots, or find upcoming event destinations at a glance.
BusyCal displays locations from your selected calendars. To appear on the map, a location must be a valid address. If coordinates aren’t already assigned, BusyCal will attempt to generate them. However, some location names or addresses may not be recognized, preventing them from being pinned on the map.

- Find events linked to locations – Click on a pin to view associated events.
- Filter by calendar – Focus on specific events by selecting individual calendars or calendar sets in the main calendar window.
How to Use
- Open Show Events on Map from the View menu.
- BusyCal will gather all event locations and display them as pins on the map.
- Click on a pin to see all events scheduled for this location.
- Use the search bar to filter on specific locations in the list.
- Zoom and pan to explore locations across different areas.
When a location address cannot be mapped to a coordinate, a pin with a slash will appear next to its name.
